Holosun DRS-TH Thermal Red Dot Sight
Red dot speed by day. Thermal fusion by night.
A 1× LED red dot with a built-in 256×192 thermal sensor that overlays live heat signatures inside the sight picture on a 1024×768 OLED at 50 FPS — so you see what darkness, fog or brush is hiding, without changing optics.

How the DRS-TH works
-
Thermal fusion overlay
The 256×192 sensor (25 mm F1.1 lens, 7.2° × 5.3° field of view) places heat signatures directly in the viewing window, with 1×, 3× and 5× digital zoom and a Cross or T-style thermal reticle.
-
Holosun red dot underneath
A 1× enclosed reflex sight with the Multi-Reticle System — 2 MOA dot, 65 MOA circle, or both — unlimited eye relief, 8 daylight and 4 night-vision brightness settings, and Shake Awake.
-
Records what you see
Built-in video recording with on-board storage. Two removable 18350 batteries charge through a magnetic USB port without pulling the optic off the rifle.

Runtime on two 18350s
Up to 10 hours of thermal in observation mode, about 8 with every function running. Magnetic USB charging, no tools.
DRS-TH vs DRS-NV
Same housing, window, mount and red dot. Thermal detects heat with no light at all; digital night vision shows more detail and sees through glass, but needs some light.

Holosun DRS-TH questions, answered
What is the Holosun DRS-TH?
The DRS-TH (Digital Reflex Sight – Thermal) is a Holosun red dot sight with a built-in 256×192 thermal sensor. It overlays real-time thermal imaging inside the red dot sight picture on a 1024×768 OLED display at 50 frames per second.
What is the thermal resolution of the Holosun DRS-TH?
The DRS-TH uses a 256×192 thermal sensor with under 50 mK sensitivity (MRTD), a 25 mm F1.1 lens and a 7.2° × 5.3° field of view, displayed on a 1024×768 OLED screen at 50 FPS.
How long does the DRS-TH battery last?
Two removable 18350 rechargeable batteries give up to 10 hours in thermal observation mode, or about 8 hours with all functions running. They charge through a magnetic USB port without removing the optic.
Can I use the DRS-TH as a regular red dot?
Yes. It is a 1× red dot with Holosun’s Multi-Reticle System (2 MOA dot, 65 MOA circle, or both), unlimited eye relief and Shake Awake, with the thermal overlay available when you need it.
What thermal modes does the DRS-TH have?
White Hot, Black Hot, Outline and Highlight, with selectable 1×, 3× and 5× digital zoom and Cross or T-style thermal reticles.
Holosun DRS-TH vs DRS-NV: which should I buy?
Choose the DRS-TH if you need to detect heat in total darkness, smoke or brush — its 256×192 thermal sensor needs no light at all. Choose the DRS-NV if you want more image detail and the ability to see through glass — its 1920×1080 digital night vision sensor works down to 0.01 lux and may need an infrared illuminator in full darkness.
Can the DRS-TH see through glass?
No. Like all thermal imagers working in the 8–14 µm band, the DRS-TH cannot see heat through ordinary glass such as windows or windshields. Digital night vision like the DRS-NV can see through glass.
Is the Holosun DRS-TH waterproof?
Yes. The DRS-TH is IP67 rated and built from 7075-T6 aluminum with 1000G vibration resistance.
How much does the DRS-TH weigh?
The body weighs 18 oz and measures 3.7 × 2.2 × 3.5 inches. The included Picatinny mount adds 2.3 oz and gives a 1.72-inch center height.
Does the DRS-TH record video?
Yes. The DRS-TH has built-in recording with on-board storage, so you can capture and review footage directly from the optic.
